Kori - Peru
Kori (meaning: golden) is a coffee balanced by gentle roasting, with a light highland acidity typical of the Peruvian Andes region. Mild roasted aromas of hazelnuts and fresh waffle harmonize perfectly. A light date sweetness underlines the creamy consistency. Perfectly suited as espresso, lungo and in the French Press or as a filter coffee.
The coffee bushes grow in the Chanchamayo region in the Pichanaqui district of Peru. The cooperative CAIJSA is certified organic and Fairtrade, which guarantees fair wages and sustainable farming methods.
