High-quality brewed and filter coffees in all their variations are a great pleasure if prepared correctly. Terms like Chemex, V60 or AeroPress make the heart of every ambitious coffee lover beat faster. As with the espresso preparation on the portafilter, you need the necessary know-how in addition to the equipment and fresh coffee. In this workshop you will learn  the most important basics for the perfect brewed and filter coffee at home. You will get to know different preparation methods such as manual infusion with filter,  AeroPress, Chemex, French Press and Siphon.
 
People who want to question the negative stereotype of filter coffee and rediscover it will love this workshop. The course is aimed at beginners  (no previous knowledge required).
 
The workshop takes place in the city of Zurich in our roastery and the date can be chosen freely after purchase and subject to availability (except Sunday). 1-2 people can participate per course (the price shown is for a maximum of 2 people). The course lasts about 3 hours.
