The company's online shop is only intended for deliveries of goods in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries can only be considered in personal consultation.

If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the website, the company will notify the customer as soon as possible. The ordered goods are paid for by credit card or PayPal account.

The customer has the right to return the goods within 8 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised with legal effect if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the unopened original packaging. 8. Warranty

If there are nevertheless defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 8 days of delivery. After returning the defective goods, the customer receives a replacement delivery. If no replacement delivery is possible, the company will refund the payment made. In addition, any claim for reduction, rescission or compensation for consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Changes made by the manufacturer to the external design of the product (e.g. packaging) do not constitute a defect; The images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. In addition, the customer forfeits any warranty rights if the goods are used improperly.
